What we collect and why

Who we are

HealthyHub (healthyhubusa.com) is an independent health information site run by the editorial team described on our About page. You can reach us at mashiachbr@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs. Numbers such as height, weight and age are processed in your browser. The ABSI calculator sends only age and sex to our server to look up reference values. We do not store these inputs.
• Usage and device data. Our hosting provider and the tools below collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and performance measurements.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Tools we use

• Google Tag Manager, to manage measurement tags.
• Google AdSense, to show ads (see the next section).
• Vercel Speed Insights, to measure page speed.

Cookies and advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links, which we mark. If you click one and buy, the seller may pay us a commission. The seller's checkout is run by the seller or its payment processor, not by us, and their privacy policy applies there. We never see your payment details.

How we use information

• To run and improve the site and keep it secure.
• To answer your emails and fix errors you report.
• To measure which pages are useful and how fast they load.

Sharing

We do not sell the personal information you give us directly, such as your email address. We share data with the service providers listed above so they can provide their services, and when the law requires it. Advertising partners such as Google may collect data through cookies as described above.

Your choices and California rights

If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Email mashiachbr@gmail.com with your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To limit personalized ads, use the Google Ads Settings link above.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. See also our terms of use and editorial policy.
